2. Describe what a Scrum Master’s responsibilities include

To implement Agile Methodology we use a framework known as Scrum. Many big companies use this framework to deliver products to their end-users in a small incremented partial product developed in each sprint. A sprint is a small-time duration of 2-3 weeks after which the developer's team has to submit some an incremental part of a previously developed piece of the final product having some new functionality or features. After each sprint, the developer's team has to make a pre-defined list of tasks they are going to do in the next sprint phase.

Scrum Master's Responsibilities are:

1. To interact with the owner of the product, who wishes to develop a product for its clients, having some goals and vision about the client's problems and solutions. Scrum Master will break the problem into small tasks so that agile methodology can be applied to it.
2. Scrum Master creates a very efficient and effective work culture inside the company so that the teams can perform to maximum efficiency.
3. Scrum Master helps team members to have a good relationship with each other and have a positive attitude toward the developing of products.
4. Scrum Master keeps teams motivated and enhances their creativity by giving them extra credits and bonuses for outstanding performances in product development.
5. Scrum Master also ensures that their team members are free from all distractions while working on a project.
