He presents a vision of the product to the team. It consists of briefing the team about the project, what it should do, what are the key points etc. These details are conveyed to the team using product backlog.
He prioritizes backlog during Scrum development and ensures that the system being build is in adherence to his requirement.
He makes necessary adjustments to the project during the development process.
