Starting a business in university is the toughest; however, it is the best period to start a business for the young people. In current scenario, many institutions and university are motivating the students to come with, out of the box ideas and motivating and guiding them to utilize that in the future. Entrepreneurship is not just meant for rich and wealthy people; rather institutions are proving even students who do not have fund to invest can also be entrepreneur. Few universities have step forward with a concept that during the tenure of the student life, they organize many competitions within the students to come up with business ideas and how they would take it forward as an establishment. This initiative will be judged among many participants and the best out of all will be awarded and given an opportunity (providing fund by university with certain conditions) to venture their idea into reality. Such initiatives have been very successful. It not just benefits the students in turn it has been a great advantage for the university also. Entrepreneurship is not just for identifying the good business people but at the same time to nurture unconventional talents and skills of the students. To list out the advantages of allowing students to run their business by selling the product from time to time is:

• The entrepreneurship expertise should be learnt with experiences. This is one of the reasons why students should be allowed to sell their product in the university and have less entrepreneurship classes. Additionally, some students may not be book smart but may excel if given an opportunity to consume their people smarts and risk taking skills.
• It helps to create cultures of innovation. At the young age the students should take advantage of utilizing the energy, willingness, and helping others which will mould as an individual.
• This kind of initiative will form a strong administrative for the university and can be inevitable in their goals and vision that understands the need for enduring thinking. It also cultivates leadership in students and passion for innovation for business.
• It also gives the students a great exposure to the areas of interest and it is very important for them to have a spearhead to achieve these goals.
• This also brings the students to set a skill to solve a problem just outside their reach and motivate them to attempt to solve a problem by offering them a worthwhile incentive. This will progress the students to beat their limits. These achievements can be fulfilled by a strong mentorship.
