Yes, Netflix is a good example of disruptive innovation. Netflix has started by way of selling DVD's to the customers and also renting videos to the customers and by way of disruptive innovation (improving its existing services and products) with the help of Information Technology it started streaming services, which is a huge hit even today. Netflix created a business that offered more affordability, accessibility and availability to these under-served customers.
