Huntington's disease is a autosomal dominant disorder. There is mutation in the HTT Gene which help in formation of protein known as huntingtin. This disease involve repeat of CAG trinucleotide unit in DNA more than normally. In normal genes the CAG unit repeated 10 -35 times whereas in persons having Huntington's disease it appears more than 36- 120 times.
