I have seen two sports team where i saw one team where the leader use to follow the autocratic style of leadership which means the leader use to take all the important decisions by himself only. He didn't gave any power and authority to his members for taking decisions.
On the other hand,i saw another sports team where i saw the leader following democratic leadership in which the leader use to give enough authority and power to its members to take decisions.In this leadership,the leader has trust in its members therefore he gives such freedom to his members.
If we see both the leadership styles, we can say that the leader should not be very strict and not be very lenient in his leadership.He should make a balance between these two styles of leadership.
