1: What has quality meant in the organization where you have worked? How is it measured? Be sure to thoroughly explain your answer.
2: Think of a time when quality was a problem in an organization where you worked. What quality management advice would you offer that organization?
I worked at in Healthcare organisation for almost 6
years,Quality in Healthcare is the criteria which comes from both
sides of the service provision. Service provider plays a very
important role in determination of the total quality that is
assessed as a total Health Care opportunity.
Patient is a critical part of the end service provision as
availability of the quality also comes from there and. If efficient
follows the specific procedure provided by doctor or Healthcare
facility then they would be driving a better change in their life
for getting better quality of Healthcare. As much as the
organisations are responsible for creating an impactive treatment
procedure, patients are also similarly responsible for taking the
procedure seriously and getting better outcome of the specific
implementation. This type of approach directly enables them to
understand the situation in a better way as well as to assess by
using the lifestyle and being responsible for their own
benefit.
Each and every individual has a responsibility of taking healthy
approaches for better life as well as standard of operation. These
approaches in their general Lifestyle increases the quality of the
total structure of their life by benefiting them in a very positive
manner. Positive practices as well as accomplishments of a better
life by getting involved in positive activities is also but the
most important parts that could be implemented for driving better
outcome of this kind of Optimisation.
