Hello everyone I believe of a position and propose a strategy in best motivate the employee, one good reason I would say is giving them commission pay usually does the trick. Some business the more they sell the more money they will make. Also another thing I would have to say is hey know they can gain extra income by going above and beyond and getting more candidates jobs they would be sure to work round the clock to ensure they can get the candidates the jobs that they want or need. Also as mention for real estate, some earn commission as well as an addition to base salary however for real estate agents they make their earnings strictly off of commission because they are dealing with large sum amounts of cash when selling property or parcels of land. I believe his really does make the worker work even harder than ever. But this strategy doesn’t work for all jobs. Another way to motivate and inspire your employees is to demonstrate that you have faith in their abilities to get the job done. You can do this by assigning them more responsibilities and giving them the chance to rise to the challenge. Doing so shows that you trust them, which has a way of motivating people to keep doing their best. Associate love to hear there manger telling them good job or apperception that they are doing a good job. It think it makes them work even harder because everyone loves a compliment. The same way I know I like when my manger tells me something good about the way I’m working I’m pretty sure other do as well. . Another thing I believe is trusting your associates. Showing them your trust that they can do the job correct without anyone telling how to do the job always makes them want to work even harder. Associates get happy because it makes them feel that they are doing it correctly and they want to work extra harder to make the manger proud since they had trust in them. Another important reason I would have to say is some jobs have like an associate of the month therefor some associate work extra hard so that they can be one of the associates, Also usually when your associate of the month there is usually a prize and they hang up your picture somewhere so other can realize that your associate of the month. I remember once in my job I really wanted to become associate of the month because they were giving away tickets to a concert that I really loves it was so important for me to try to become a great associate so I can win. Becoming an associate of the month was something that really did motivate me to become one of the best associates. I made I was always asking and helping everyone as much as I can. Also I would work so hard just to get my job done on time. I would always ask who needs help and I would also make sure my manger is watching me when I do this so maybe I can be associate of the month. All these way I believe help motivate employee.
Motivation is basically the instinct which drives the employee’s efforts and compels him or her to perform well in the company. By giving the employee challenging goals, the company tries to maintain his interest in his work, the employee feels valued and engaged and hence, is motivated to perform well. This is one of the most effective ways through which the companies try to retain the employees and reduce voluntary turnovers.
The personality tests can be used to analyze the personality of the employees and to identify the motivating factors for their specific personality type. This motivating factor can be used to influence the performance of the employee in the company. If the employee is motivated to do his job and ready to work beyond his assigned duties for the benefits of the company, then the employee can be considered to be engaged and motivated at the workplace. When an employee has no motivating factors to work and seems dissatisfied with his job, he can be considered disengaged at the workplace. He seems disinterested in his job and thus hamper his performance. The overall teamwork will also be hampered and degraded due to this.
So, we can infer that motivation is the one of the major key influencers in an organization, which helps in deciding the course of individual’s performance at the workplace. Motivational theories work with an objective of recognizing the individual triggers that will have the potential to enhance the performance of individual employees.
