Behavioral interviewing :-

It is a type of interview where the interviewer asks some behavioral based questions regarding past job experience to the interviewee so that the interviewer can get an idea whether he or she is suitable for the job position.

Example of behavioral questions :-

a) Give an example of a situation where you have handled a critical customer.

b) How did you handle a situation when you couldn't met client's expectations?

These question can help the interviewer to understand the managing quality of the candidate as well as the capability to handle stressful situations.
