As employees are reluctant to change, therefore management must conduct a team meeting in which the employees concerns and issues regarding the new system must be resolved and make them understand necessary training and support will be provided by the management whenever needed during the pre and post internal social network implementation.
b. As from the organizational point of view internal social networks can be time consuming and costly, therefore having a proper plan before the implementation process is necessary and taking the external expert help can be beneficial to understand the overall process. Most of the organization think that implementing internal social networks can distract the employees and they become less efficient and productive, therefore organizational leaders must understand that such systems have potential benefits such as exchange of information is more secure on such networks, while make employees learn, share and connect which enhance the sense of community among them.
c. The technological factor that must be considered is that content must be easy, accurate and up-to-date while implementing the system which will make employees understand and adopt to this new technological change faster.
