Do you disagree that in the Caribbean societies, biological characteristics influence people use of race and sterotypes
I do not completely disagree to the fact that in the Caribbean societies, biological characteristics influence people use of race and stereotypes. The reason for it is the fact that some communities are stereotyped based on the biological traits that they have. For instance the blacks are the ones with black tone in their skin which they inherit genetically from their community and this trait is somehow defined by biology of the genes which in turn influences the way people categorize the others in their community. So we can say that biology does play a role for the people to define various superficial traits which in turn help them to use race and stereotype as the medium to talk about differences.
