How do I create a table to compare 3 hospitals using 2 types of information. The number of death rates for people with heart attack, heart failure, pneumonia at hospital 1, 2 and 4, then compare the payment rate of patients with heart attack, heart failure and pneumonia from hospital 1, 2, and 3? How do I set a table on excel or word using the information?
