Many have discussed the role that the media (TV, Internet, movies, magazines, etc.) plays in the incidence of eating disorders. What do you think that role actually is (primary cause, contributing factor, or no real factor or cause at all)? Why do you think this way?

Media has played a crucial role in plaguing the humanity with its addiction. People are all the time stuck with it and do not seem to do anything else. They are more interested on the social media applications, the fury of internet so much so that they are unable to find quality time for themselves and their loved ones. They have become addicts. They spend long hours online, playing games on the internet that they even skip on meals, walks and health routine. This has resulted in lot of problems for all of us like obesity, improper diet and food habits and lack of healthy routine. We need to control the use of these media devises before it takes over our normal and healthy lifestyle away form us.
