With examples, explain why you think scientists' observations and interpretations are the same OR different. (This is all the information given for this problem, just looking for a general answer not anything related to a specific chemistry topic)
I think scientist's observation and interpretation are different, because the way scientists think and analyses the things are completely different, as they may observe anything that we cannot see, or concepts always includes innovative or scientific work. also the interpretation of data , analysing power that comes with only innovative thinking or thinking the way as other can't think.
one of the most beautiful thing about scientist is that what they think is actually virtually not available, but they have faith in themselves and out of box thinking ability.
for an example
wright brothers initialy they thought some day peoples can fly like bird, but instead of appreciating the effort or out of box thinking peoples laugh. they believe themselves and invent the aeroplane and all we are today world enjoying their efforts and ideas, travelling across the world via air mode.

Why do you think it is important for scientists to have a uniform set of units for measurements? In the past these were always linked to artifacts (like rods or bars of a given length for the meter) but more recently there has been a move to other methods to describe these units (for instance the distance traveled by light in a given period of time to delineate the meter). Why has this move been made?
