Employees were given annual bonus inspire of company running low on profits. They were appraised based on their performance a and other key attributes that were evaluated. This resulted in a conflict among employees as the amount of bonus for each employee varied based on their scores. This resulted in a lot of employees putting their papers down to resign from their job. Write a one page explaining

Employees in the company are unhappy with low bonus which they have received and this is resulting in conflict. However, the employees thing that they have not received proper bonus as per their scores. All this has triggered anger among employees and most of them have put their papers down to resign.

Company is facing loss due to certain reasons, but in that case also company gave bonus to each employee. But the amount which the employees received is unsatisfactory. This is leading a tension between employees and company.

If this is not resolved easily then the company will face more loss, as their will shortage of staff, low production of goods, all this will result in huge loss for the company. If the employees resign, the company can shut also. The top level management will be affected; even other employees who have not resigned will be affected. Entire company structure will be affected.

This issue can be resolved by taking the employees in confident. The top level management should arrange a meeting with the employees and tell them or promise them that they will provide them remaining amount in next annual bonus. They should even explain the financial crisis of the company, how the company is going through a tough phase currently. They should take the employees in confident and tell them openly and promise them that once the company comes in profit their remaining amount will be given. This will surely help the company and it will give hope to employees also and they will hopefully not go.
