Lets define youth as someone aged between 10 and 24. Now the interactions between youth and law enforcement officers can be of kinds:

- Police initiated contact : Example of this when Law enforcement officer contacts youth regarding crime, witness or any other information.
In both the cases, understanding the attitude goes a long way in efficient management by officer. Think of this in terms of Human resource management. In modern economy, when there is rise of national consciousness among the youth, law officers can educate youth through interactive programs in schools/colleges. This will have 2 advantages:
