Give a current example of subordinate group and explain what makes this group a subordinate one. Why does Tatum think that an individual who belongs to the dominant group will less likely identify themselves as a member of this group than a person who belongs to a subordinate group?

The black people is considered has a Subordinate group. The racism combined with social power lead to acces to social, cultural, and economic resources. So, white people become dominant group hold all the power and black people subordinate one are defective or substandard.

Dr. Tatum give explanation that most white people the idea about white privilege has never enter in their mind. So, they never consider the benefit of being white or dominant.
