Ziprecruiter provide recruitment and job services to variety of individual and commercial customers.

The Company’s customers are in 2 manners:

-Individuals, of all ages and professions who are seeking job, to whom it provides an accessible and flexible source of job seeking tool.

-Commercial Entities which consist range of commercial enterprises all across multiple sectors, to which the company provides services to help in the recruitment process.

The Company’s customers include:

The Sigma Law Group, Safety Management Group, Applebee's and many more.

Value propositions:

Company providing services to customers with a catalogue of job opportunities and handling the profiles of more than 6 million active job seekers for commercial recruiters.

Channels: Thier website through which it provides information on its various services, tools and activities. The user can login through it and access the services.

Ziprecruiter provide services by geographic regions, to UK and the US. These personnel operate out of the Company’s network of offices, primarily in the US.

Customer Relationships:

Ziprecruiter handles on a primarily self service projects through its online platform, which enable individual and commercial users to access a range of tools and resources without interacting with members of the company’s sales and service teams.

Additional services:

To serve customers personally, zipRecruiter have a sale and service team too. Ziprecruiter operates several social media accounts – Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn – through which the Company is able to publish company updates and interact directly with customers
