issues that may arise within interview assessments: If employees understand these types of assessments, and understand how to react to each assessment, are the assessments worth it? Is it more likely that there are many employees will be more truthful vs the ones who will try to game the system? I'm curious to hear everyone's thoughts.

It is true that if an employee is aware about the type of assessment and how to react, it is not worth it. It will not assess the real behavior of an employee and the exercise will be in vain. Yes, there are high chances that there are many employees who will be more truthful and honest towards the assessment rather than ones who try to game the system. Assessing the employees who are not aware about the type of assessment and its purpose is more worthwhile than assessment of employee who have prior information.
