As students continue to learn about nursing from faculty, experienced nurses and BSN curricula that presents new concepts and sometimes challenges old ideas (about health, wellness and patient centered care through evidenced based practice) a reevaluation of ideas about professional nursing and the professional image of the nurse will change. In a few ( 2-3 ) short paragraphs, describe your role development or professional socialization as a registered nurse transitioning through baccalaureate curricula and career development over the next 2-3 years.

Answer: Nurse and BSN plays an important role in improving the quality of care for the pateints. Infact they are the first and close care giver to the patient and patient rely of the nursing interventions.

Nurses and BSN try hard to find different methods to provide a quality care to the patients. They also regulate the administrative work regarding the patient. They include day to day study regarding the research and play vital role in giving better care.

With many new evidence based practice method, there could be many changes in the ways of giving care and enhancement is necessary in all the fields. These upcoming years there will be more improvement in the service providing care.
