1. Cystic fibrosis is caused by mutation on general encoding of CFTR( Cystic fibrosis trans membrane conductance Regulator) an anion channel expressed through epithelial cells throughout the body.

2. Autosomal recessive disorder caused by mutation of CFTR.

Infection and inflammatory process causes blocked duct of mucus membranes, alter the mucosal layer it affected the ion transfer, CFTR and catches the DNA-CFTR.

Specially affects the internal organ of epithelial cells.
