When we considering socialization in our profession it is important for our nursing practice..it improves our nursing practice, interaction and interpersonal relationships between nurse and society..when we function our nursing profession skillfully and with responsibility we can improve our professional socialization..especially for nursing students socialization socialization increase their understanding and perception of registered nurse and nursing students..

I believe it leads to effective assumption of the nursing role because maintain relationships with our colleagues,we can learn organization culture, formal and informal rules in the practice,it helps guide learners to practice and identIfy them as a professional..

Patriarchal is a socially, constructed aystsy in which males have primary power..gender is common in health care profession..patriarchal health care system affect our organizational culture, attitudes, practice and personal traits..male Physician based health care system make female health workers feel dominant,it will break the culture with in the organization..

Change theory in gender roles females are more likely to fulfill all the basic needs, in caretaking roles it is common..biosocial mechanism treated female and male behaviour from interacting social and biological causes..in real life and in work place female are more likely influence in all work aspects like cooking ,caring , emotionally..there is weakness in change theory when sometime it will affect the real life situations females have more burden than males..
