  • Increase the awareness level of team members on the project concept
  • Update the team on do’s and don’ts to be followed in the project execution
  • Influence the team for speedy support on project
  • Bring the team on the same level/platform from where they can start contributing
  • Explain the project goal, objective and deadlines.
  • Motivate the team for delivering superior result.

  • Team – Do’s and Don’ts training
  • Rapid Change adaptation training
