Write about your thoughts comparing Howard Gardner's theory of multiple intelligence with Sternberg's triarchic theory of intelligence. Where do you see your own intellectual strengths and weaknesses.

Gardner brought out the concept of multiple intelligence where he suggests that people do not have the same intelligence but each individual would be intelligent in one of the intelligence such as, mechanical, physiological, musical etc. This would also mean that an individual would have more than one intelligence and one would be more dominant. Sternberg brought out three major intelligence such as, practical, distinct and analytical. Thus, all the intelligence would be grouped into these three major intelligence. Thus, everyone would have anyone of the intelligence while they would also be capable of acquiring other intelligence at least to a certain extent. I feel that I have more practical and creative intelligence while I’m not very good at mathematics or other analytical areas.
