• Purpose of study and back ground of study: Currently Amazon is considered to be an E-commerce giant. Purpose of this study is to observe what techniques Amazon use to be at the top in the market. In this study we will study how Amazon does its research?, what are the techniques applied to it? What are the Objectives? Which technology they use? And more.
• Objectives of study: Objective is to Study marketing mix used by Amazon, research and development, vision & mission, strength and weakness etc

• Variables and hypotheses of study: This basically involves factors which they are controlling. Include product, place, price and promotion.

• Design and execute the study: Here, initially we will first analyze their product and service offering in the market. In order to get this information certain surveys are conducted. As information collected from these surveys are not considered to be completely relevant, personal interactions with concerned person are conducted. Once all the data is collected, it is analyzed in every possible manner.
