Answer #1

Organisation culture is the basic requirement which a company could provide to an employee to make him/her work in a better productive manner. Organisational Culture have a direct impact on the workplace conditions and work in such a manner where the culture plays a critical role in deciding what the person's productivity would be. In this generation, people need a flexible and open environment where they could learn, adapt and grow themselves into a better individual. They won't stick to only one organisation their entire lives, thus making them retained is one big reason providing a healthy culture where the employees could see themselves grow. Global organisation culture on the other hand refers to any company's culture performing on the global level. A culture where diversity and inclusion is practiced, making everyone feel together as one and employed as they work accordingly to achieve personal as well as organisational's goals. An organisation's culture for the global workplace should be designed in such a manner where anyone from any country won't feel discriminated on any factor. The company enjoys a free communication at all levels making everyone be a part and a be a sport in working together.

The organisation which I would like to talk about is Amazon. Amazon has always been the number one company in terms of culture and growth for the people. It always has usef the best integrative ways to make the people feel happy and satisfied in the work area.

1. For the local organisational culture, Amazon tries to train the employees in a manner where they could feel attached and cohesive towards their team members. Making them learn to work together to serve people around is a manner which can only be achieved by working together and sharing your objectives and efforts in a manner where they produce double results. Amazon understands the local culture and tries to make people adapt itself with such language and native to make people feel a personal touch with the company.

2. For the national level, like Amazon in US at large would promote such activities where all the plants of Amazon in various states are integrated and linked together in such a manner where the result is produced by the effective collection of the efforts together. Amazon tries to achieve this high degree by making emplpyee work together in a country on various departments and making them understand and communicate the country's own values and rituals to make them feel attached in their work areas.

3. At last, for the global level for example Amazon is US and Amazon in India would work in such a manner where these both countries collectively create an organisation environment where people are diversified and included. The training and developmental programs are provided to make the people feel a part of the culture and remove the barriers of values, languages etc. The level of integration is very high and also the level of team spirit as global organisations are getting attached to work together and create one big company with one big objective.
