My Project idea is providing the onsite childcare facilities. I chose this project because this project would not only help employees as well benefit employer because by opening a onsite day care for the children at workplace of near by place would help the issues like employee turnover, employee absenteeism, employee stress for their children etc. this project will benefit the organization because organization with large number of employees by this project would be able to help their employees not to take tension of their child and focus on work. many parents who are job doers take tension and absent from work so that they can take care of their child which affect productivity of organization so this project would help to solve that problem.

for this project, the resources required are expert in day care like local school teachers , day care professionals etc. funds to purchase equipment and toys for kids to play and learn. the project will be managed by the project manager who will lead the project members to common objective . the project manager will assign their roles and responsibilities according to their skills and strength.

In this project, project sponsorship is important because sponsor will provide the enough funds and resources to project manager to meet financial needs and in return they will get benefit eith in profit or partnership in project. project leadership is important in execution as it helps to inspire team members what is their tasks and how to achieve them.
