Answer #1

1. The modern trend shows that we are advancing to the age of neo-Taylorism.

2. The neo-Taylorism system involves total control on the workers by system and there is little chance of interactions between the employees and the supervisor. Naturally there will be good out put without any direct supervision. It will cause alienation between workers and supervisor.

3. With the trend of the modern advancement of technology and use of machine, it is evident that in the future the whole age will be controlled by machine. There will be good profit for the employers. The relationship between the employees and the manufacturer will be dependent on the work and the rate of production.

Such a prediction is absolutely true. Day after day the use of machine proves this. Now the attendance and departure of the employees are performed with biometric system. So there is no chance of late arrival and early departure. At the same time they are always under the surveillance of the close circuit camera.

4. After 50 to 100 years there will be historical change. Total system will be controlled by machine. The performance of the human workers will be evaluated by machine. Their service will be dependent on the report of the machine. It will increase the insecurity of the workers. They will be helpless to the machine. The personal interactions and relations in the employees will be no more.

5. It is natural advancement. We can not go backward. In future man will be puppet in the hands of machine. Only great revolution can change the system. Otherwise machine will reign on humanity.
