A project quality audit suggests us about the necessary understanding we need to have in order to make the best possible use of the presence of a structured approach which allows the company to make sure its processes comply with the standards of the organization and the requirements of the project itself. Simply put, we can say that project quality is the necessary understanding of the q=quality of the project and its underlying processes which would help us determine the failure and successful implementation of the project and therefore, is necessary for its completion and evaluation process as well.
