Define and give examples of the five pathways for resolving conflict.
Don't take it personally
Control your emotions and move forward
Collaborate and appeal to mutual self-interest
Put Yourself in the other person's shoes
Active listening
1) Don't take it personally
This phrase is used when you try to have a conversation about
something, and that was t topic is somewhere similar to the person
standing in front of you, which may take your wordings seriously.
So this phase is used to clarify that what you just said has no
relation with you. You just said in a general way.
For example, A and B are friends, and B likes to smoke, and at that
time A said to him that I don't like persons who smoke, Don't take
it personally I'm just saying in a general way.
2) Control your emotions and move forward:
This phrase is used when you're stuck over something, and that
something is not letting you move on in your life. You are just
starting hating everything around you, stop talking to everyone,
always thinking about that thing etc.
For example, A had a breakup, and he can't stop thinking about it.
So he should control his emotions and move forward in his life.
3) Collaborate and appeal to mutual self-interest:
This phrase is used when someone is interested in collaborating
with another person who will help both of them to rise higher in
their respective places. Collaborating will benefit both the
parties to work together as one.
For example, Hero Honda collaborated and ruled the world when they
were together. The hero is basically an Indian company, and Honda
is a Japan company.
4) Put yourself in the other person's shoes:
This phrase is used when someone tries to tell a person about the
issue they are going through, and that person does not understand
that. So that person will only follow your problem if he will be in
your shoes.
For example, You're suffering through losses in your business, and
someone comes and say everything will be alright. He will only
understand that person's situation when he will be in his
shoes.
5) Active listening:
This phrase is used when you should listening actively when someone
is telling something. This will help you to know what's going on
there and there will be fewer chances of disputes.
For example, A is telling his problem he is suffering through, and
if you should listen to him actively, then you can help him in his
question.

Please read the article and answer about questions. You and the Law Business and law are inseparable. For B-Money, the two predictably merged when he was negotiat- ing a deal for his tracks. At other times, the merger is unpredictable, like when your business faces an unexpected auto accident, product recall, or government regulation change. In either type of situation, when business owners know the law, they can better protect themselves and sometimes even avoid the problems completely. This chapter...
