Strengthen U - It is dedicated to the pursuit of truth, even if it is uncomfortable.It tries to prepare the students for living in a world in which others disagree with them. It teaches them the techniques to control themselves, so they can find peace and happiness even in the time of adversity. It regards students as anti-fragile meaning they are systems that increase in capability, resilience, or robustness as a result of mistakes, faults, attacks, or failures faced by them.It basically means that life is something that happens 'FOR' you. You are an active participant and have some control over what happens to you.

For example - If we protect our kids from dirt and germs, we will weaken their immune system and set them up for more autoimmune diseases. Similarly children and teenagers are anti-fragile and if we protect their feelings with trigger warnings we weaken them, we make them fragile.
