As per my assessment my leadership style is: Democratic
Democratic leadership is also called as participative leadership style, since I have a team which have highly skilled team members and I prefer to take any decision after consulting my team, every team decision is taken after consensus from team. In workplace organization this is the most preferred leadership style.
Along with time definition for leadership has also changes and it is no more just telling people what to rather now leadership is about leading the people from front and with example. They should have capability to find direction and show direction to people who follows them and motivate them in difficult situations to achieve larger objectives.
Leadership styles helps in understanding the process of decision making in organization and who influences the decisions. It also helps in understanding the various elements of decision-making process and how leadership style helps in making the most suitable decisions in organizations.
Like Transformational leadership style creates thriving work culture in organization, which is most desirable in organization, where as charismatic leadership styles attracts and inspire people through their charm.

This self-assessment helped me to understand my leadership style in a better way, as what are the different traits of my leadership and how this leadership style act or behave under different situation does it changes under different situation with time or remain constant, so I found that this remains constant and does not changes like situational leadership style.
It also helped me to clearly understood and differentiate my leadership style from other leadership style.
