As a effective leader I possess following qualities like vision seeing into the future , integrity being truthfulness to everyone irrespective of the situation, humility staying humble , good communicator, positive attitude ,accountable to my responsibilities, accepting criticism and doing corrective measures.

I believe in Transformational leadership , motivating employees to move towards goal is the prime concept of this leadership model.Organizational goals can be achieved by strong team work.
