First statement is correct because whenever double standard molecule of DNA is uncoiled with the help of enzyme helix, it is maintained into single stranded formed by the binding of single stranded binding proteins. These proteins prevent the coiling of two strands together again because they are complementary to each other.

Second statement is incorrect because okazaki fragments are synthesized on the lagging strand. These are small molecules of DNA which are synthesized on lagging strand because DNA polymerase cannot act in reverse direction as it does in the leading strand.

Third option is incorrect because DNA polymerase at deoxyribonucleotides in 5 prime to 3 Prime direction.

Fourth option is incorrect because DNA gyrase is not responsible for uncoiling of DNA. Helicase uncoils DNA. Gyrase is responsible for relaxing the supercoiling which occurs ahead of replication bubble after uncoiling occurs by the action of enzyme helicase.
