Effectiveness of strategic leadership in implementing the change in the organization are as follows:

• The strategic leadership concept resides just in the middle of the main that plays a valuable role in the decision-making process regarding the operational change.

• Strategic leadership helps in changing the strategic concepts in the organization by improving strategic cohesiveness

• Strategic leadership shows the best direction to the organization that motivates a timely and situational change.

Efficiencies of transformational leadership in hanging the organization are as follows:

• Transformational leadership helps in the quick transformation that indicates a steady organizational change.

• Transformational leadership transforms the existing operational activities into newer activities by setting original aims and objectives.

• The leadership is highly encouraging that motivates quick growth to transform the organization into a new learning environment.
