Yes the workplace plays a very important role in every organization to motivate employees.At the workplace,various such arrangements must be made for the employees so that the employees are able to do their best for the organization.Workplace should be made in such a manner so that it should give a professional feeling to the employees of the organization.Workplace should help in creating positive vibes for the organization.Various positive thoughts must be posted on the walls of the organization so that the employees should get motivation from these pics.Also,the workplace should be able to bring out creativity out from the employees.I have worked in an organization where all these things I observed.
