ACWP = actual cost of work performed

BCWS =budgeted cost of work scheduled

BCWP = $600,000.

ACWP = $600,000.

BCWS = $600,000.

Schedule variance = SV = BCWP - BCWS = $600,000. - $600,000 = $ 0

Cost variance = CV = BCWP - ACWP = $600,000 - $600,000 = $ 0
