Answer: False.

Explanation: The DNA being negative charged, will move towards the positive pole in electrophoresis. The basis for the separation is done on the size of the DNA fragments. Shorter fragments will move quickly while as longer fragments will move slowly. The DNA fragments having same number of nucleotides is having same length so they will be moving with the same speed.
