I have worked in an organisation where the organization was of foreign accounting.There i saw that the organization was having a very balanced way of working.All the employees were of a very friendly nature. All were very cooperative with each other. The culture of the organisation was very much positive and attractive.The communication between the senios and juniors was superb.The communication was very clear.There was no such communication gap between different persons working in the organization.I really loved such an environment of the organisation.Such an environment was really very positive point of the organisation.Every employee was very much satisfied with the company. This company gave a very good competition to other companies.
As the whole company worked like a team, the various emoloyees use to make a team and discuss their opinions about the matter.Then different teams would present their views and after this,the decision was made by the top level management.Thus,in this manner the various issues were solved and the right decision was taken.
